After spending 15 Years working and living in London training in some of the best Hotels and restaurants the country has to offer, Chef and current owner Paul and his wife Anna decided to relocate the family to the beautiful county of Shropshire

Having finally stumbled across The Feathers at Brockton pub, one fine sunny afternoon, Paul and Anna knew that this was the place that they wanted to be!

In March 2004 Paul and Anna bought The Feathers and started to fulfil their ambitions and aspirations immediately!

It has been an eventful 3 years for the family, gaining loyal support from customers and achieving recognition in The Michelin guide, ‘The Egon Ronay Guide’, ‘Alistair Sawdays Special Places’ and some excellent reviews in Shropshire’s local press!

Anna and Paul have great plans for The Feathers so rather than sit back and enjoy their success. They have moved on to re furbish 3 bed and breakfast rooms, open a successful kid’s cookery school and introduce a thriving new takeaway service.
